Exchange Period
We offer a 15-day exchange policy, meaning you have 15 days from receiving your product to request an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Exchanges are provided exclusively as store credit through a discount coupon; no cash refunds will be issued.
How to Initiate an Exchange
1. Contact us at info@terezha.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your product
3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. After we receive and inspect your product, if it meets our conditions, we will issue a discount coupon for store credit equivalent to the product’s value for use on future purchases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue accordingly.
Non-Eligible Items for Exchange
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
• Custom or personalized items.
• Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products).
• Items purchased on sale or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, exchanges will still be provided exclusively as store credit through a discount coupon, under the same conditions stated above.
